Newsletter 08/06/18

Are you leaving us? If you are leaving us in the next few weeks, please let us know by filling in one of our Leavers Forms, we have a waiting list for some year groups, and we would like to be able to let people know that a place may be available. (This doesn’t apply to current Year 6 children.)

Y3/4D  – We have received an update from Mrs Davey, and unfortunately she will not be returning before the end of the academic year. Miss Pardoe and Miss John will be teaching the class from the remainder of the year, both will be involved in team phase planning for the class along with Mrs Nicholas and Mrs Jenkins thus ensuring consistency and quality across the three 3/4 classes. We are aware that parent/teacher consultations which were scheduled for March and that have not taken place due to matters beyond our control and apologise for the inevitable inconvenience. We plan to hold more structured open afternoon for the parents of pupils in 3/4 D on 23rd July 2018 however, should you wish to discuss any matters relating to your child prior to that date, please contact the school office and we will endeavour to secure a mutually convenient appointment with either Miss Pardoe or Miss John. Mrs Davey’s assembly which was supposed to be next week has been cancelled.
