Admissions
If you are thinking of joining our school please complete an admission application form.
Applications for Reception to Year 6 are processed by the Admissions Team in the Local Authority. Please go to their website and complete the online form. Please note the Admission Process can take up to 15 working days. Online Application Forms
Applications for Nursery are processed by the school, please complete a Nursery Application Form and return it to the school.
Visiting the School
If you would like to come and have a look around the school, please book on to one of our monthly open sessions, please contact Mrs Morgans our School Administrator for upcoming dates.
Breakfast Club
We have a Breakfast Club which runs from 8.00 am every school day, and costs £1.00 per session. It is free to children who are eligible for Free School Meals. Children are then looked after until school starts. We have a booking system, please contact the School Office for more information.
School Uniform
School uniform is not compulsory, but many children choose to wear it.
Our School Uniform consists of a navy sweatshirt or hoodie, royal blue or gold polo shirts, dark trousers, skirts, joggers or tunics. Embroidered uniforms can be purchased from J & S Products in Tycoch, or online with Nash Sports.
Children in Y6 can purchase a Leavers Hoodie.
Plain items without the school logo can be purchased from local supermarkets.
Please label all items of clothing.
In the summer children can wear dark shorts or navy & white summer checked dresses.
Second Hand Uniform, our PTA – The Friends of Brynmill Primary occasionally hold a uniform sale. The dates are published in our newsletter.
Parents may wish to be aware of a local partnership with GROW that provides affordable school uniforms for Swansea schools:

School Uniforms – new and recycled
In partnership with the local schools in Swansea we have set up a new project ABC123 which is all about affordable school uniforms. We accept donated uniforms that are no longer required, launder them and then re-sell them at a fraction of the cost of new uniforms.
We currently have a large quantity of uniforms available at our premises in the town centre: Unit 12, St. David’s Shopping Centre, Swansea and we would welcome you to come and see what is available. We are open from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday so please feel free to call in.

- Cardigans
- Trousers
- Dresses (Summer and Winter)
- Polo Shirts
Some of the uniforms are branded and some are not. Prices range from £2.00 to £5.00 per item and we will also have some bundles available as well.
